Felony District Court Cases: aggravated/ domestic/ sexual assault, burglary, fraud, robbery, theft, forgery, drug/marijuana possession cases, DWI, DUID, weapons charges, evading arrest, criminal mischief, motions to adjudicate/revoke probation and other felonies.
Misdemeanor County Court Cases: DWI, DUID, trespass, deadly conduct, theft, DWLS, assault/domestic assault, possession of drugs/marijuana, disorderly conduct, weapons charges, public intoxication, lewd conduct, motions to adjudicate/revoke probation, failure to identify, evading detention/arrest, occupational driver's licenses and other misdemeanors.
Class C misdemeanors/traffic offenses: minor in possession/alcohol/drugs/marijuana, truancy, curfew violations, assault, failure to obey lights/signs/speed limits, and others.
Juvenile Matters: Delinquency proceedings and criminal charges in Juvenile District Court; defense of CPS proceedings, truancy and any listed in the above misdemeanor and felony descriptions.
Family Law/ Domestic Relations: Divorce,child custody, property/debt/intellectual property division, child support enforcement and defense, Paternity and defense, modification of child custody and support.
Civil Trials: Construction cases, personal injury/death cases, enforcement and defense of contracts and leases, land fraud and adverse possession, probate and will contests.*
Bankruptcy: Chapter 7 and 13, Adversary proceedings.*
